The Roaster's Choice Dark Peru Organic is a big surprise of flavour with lots of layers. You will find notes of sweet, floral, sparkling acidity and juicy body, lemon/lime soda, apple, honey dew, as you extend the roast excellent dark chocolate notes develop with a creamy body. The green beans are dark roasted in our shop in small batches to ensure consistency of roast and the freshest cup for you.  

The Roaster's Choice Dark Peru coffee is a great option as an everyday coffee that isn't too fruity. It is best enjoyed at home using French press, drip, pour-over, percolator, or an Aeropress. Purchase as whole bean and grind it to your preference at home, or select the grind for easy use.
