The Roaster's Choice Medium Brazil is a higher elevation Brazilian with excellent flavour notes of caramel, apple, and citrus in a very clean sweet cup. It has good body, not too strong, with mild acidity. The green beans are medium roasted in our shop in small batches to ensure consistency of roast and the freshest cup for you. 

The Medium Brazil coffee can be best enjoyed at home using French press, drip, pour-over, percolator, or an Aeropress. Purchase as whole bean and grind it to your preference at home, or select the grind for easy use.

Grown in the Pocos de Caldas and Minas Gerais regions, these beans are farmed using a variety of equipment for processing — from simple machinery to very modern methods of harvesting, sorting, and pulping. Farms in these regions implement African drying beds, greenhouses, and mechanical dryers for consistency and proper drying.
